I need to return an order for an exchange. How do I go about it?

For returns or exchanges, we offer a free pre-paid return label.

To get it, go to: https://lavinialingerie.com/a/return

1. Enter the order number and your email address, zip code, or phone number and press Find My Order.
2. Select which item(s) you would like to return.
3. Select a return reason, and exchange/refund method, and confirm it.
4. Print the pre-paid return label and attach it to the package.
5. Drop off the package at the nearest USPS or drop box.
